Captain (Retired) James McCormick a retired soldier, historian, relic recovery specialist and Mason county resident who looks to continue the mission that Jack Fowler, began so many years ago. James and the team at the river museum look forward to bringing the museum back to life and honoring the legacy of Mr. Fowler and all the friends of the River who have made the history and continue to make on the inland waterways of America.
